Here is your chance to win $5,000 and help save California's state parks. Create a 15 to 30 second video a 15 to 30 second video that tells California voters why they should support Proposition 21 in the November 2010 election and why it is of vital importance to preserve state parks and protect their legacy for future generations. Videos should be creative, truthful, enthusiastic, compelling, positive and relevant to the Proposition 21 message. It can be funny, silly, amusing, or serious; as long as it meets the criteria set out in these Guidelines. We're not looking for the same old slick political ads from media consultants. Instead, we're looking for really creative, interesting ads that will engage and enlighten viewers and help them understand why Proposition 21 is so important to California.
The “Yes on 21 for State Parks” video Contest is open to legal residents of the U.S. and D.C., who are of the age of majority as of the Contest start date. Contest submission begins at 12:01 a.m. PDT on October 5, 2010 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PDT on October 25, 2010. Void where prohibited.
